The Project Accountability Mechanism (PCM) is now the Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM). IPAM is the independent accountability mechanism of the EBRD. It reviews environmental, social and transparency-related concerns raised by Project-affected People and civil society organisations about Bank-financed Projects.
